My name is Roberta Dunham and I recently purchased the Ecy Water Conditioning System. I just wanted to tell you how much me and my family love it our skin is softer our clothes are cleaner and we have already started saving money we use less laundry soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc. and the best part is my children are drinking more water. We used to fight with them about drinking water but now they want water. There is no argument only on who gets to the sink first. So now my children are getting healthier and the amount of Kool-Aid, Sugar and Soda-pop has greatly decreased saving us even more and when you have a family of six every penny counts. So I just want to say Thank You for such a great product.

I am writing to thank you for the RainSoft Water Treatment System that you sold us.
 
It was quite an eye opener when you came out to the house to do the water test. As I explained at the time, we had only been in our new home for 1 year and we had been putting off getting a water system installed. We knew we needed something, since all of our new appliances along with the bathroom shower, toilet and kitchen sink were a lovely orange color from the hard water. Cleaning them was a chore that involved breathing in the fumes from the acid based cleaner that I was using.
 
The day the system was installed, I cleaned the toilet as a test case and I have not had to scrub that toilet once in the last 2 months – no more stains. I have since cleaned the kitchen sink – what a pleasure to see shiny stainless steel instead of something dull and orange. I left the shower stall for 2 months and I was thrilled to see what it started to clean itself just from daily use – which gave me great hope for my appliances and water pipes.
 
In addition to being able to throw away that acid based cleaner, everyone in the house is now drinking water directly out of the tap. No more need to buy bottled water. I can also see the difference in our older drinking glasses that had that little tinge to them and I am looking forward to being able to add white clothing to our wardrobes again without fear of them taking on that dingy look.
 
One final comment, I have called the service department twice with questions and concerns and they are always very helpful and friendly and have taken care of my issues in a very timely manner.

We had a RainSoft representative come to our home to do a water test on March 6, 2007. We had entered a drawing and won a free water test, and that’s all we planned on having done. My husband and I absolutely agreed that we weren’t purchasing anything and if we did, it certainly wouldn’t be that evening. We both knew our water wasn’t the best, based own the look of our dishes after being washed, the taste of our drinking water and the fact that our clothes didn’t seem to last. However, after seeing the contents of our water, we realized the extent of our problems. I was ready to buy a new dishwasher, even though we had only lived in the house for 6 months and the dishwasher was obviously not more than a year old. I blamed everything for the dishwasher’s problems, such as: my inability to operate it correctly, our garbage disposal system backing up, or the fact that maybe it was simply older than I thought or broken. However, the first load of dishes I washed after the new system had been installed came out looking brand new, and this is with a quarter of the amount of soap I had always used, without Jet Dry! I then proceeded to wash a load of clothes, with NO soap and they came out just as clean and fresh as the RainSoft rep. had promised. We are extremely satisfied with this system and we are looking forward to more savings, on top of the things we have already saved on, such as soap, time and money.  Thank you!

It’s a pleasure to be writing this letter in appreciation for having David Crumb in our home to re-introduce us to “RainSoft” –The number one in water treatment.
 
We had purchased the RainSoft AQ and R/O in Texas in 1996 and loved it!, so when Dave came to us in July of 2006 here in Wellsboro, PA., we gladly purchased the same again. Now my husband drinks the water from the faucet, instead of purchasing cases of drinking water monthly. We have also found a huge savings in soaps, as you do not use as much, and our skin feels so much smoother, and not dry.
 
With the occasional water problems our town has, it’s not a problem now for us with the system we have in our. So YES – we are very happy with our RAIN SOFT WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM!!
